업무내용/자격요건 | [담당업무] ? Ensure customer centric approach in all actions taken throughout the whole customer life cycle ? Collect and analyze call center statistics to identify improvement areas ? Define quality issues in refer to the contact information and deliver the analyzed data to stakeholders including global team on a regular basis ? Review and monitor vendor performance on a regular basis; Define action plans to enhance call service quality ? Responsible for escalated complaints from call center, ensure processes to comply with internal/external requirements ? Streamline call center operation process via internal/external communications ? Create and generate new business reports to meet specific needs of end-user, and continue to enhance on business needs ? Develop proactive service approach to enhance consumer satisfaction [자격요건] ? Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center management/operation with vendor management (preferably in consumer electronics) ? Experience in data analysis and reporting using MS Office (Excel, Power Point) ? Strong time management and stress management skills ? Strategic thinking and collaborative working attitude ?
