| 업무내용/자격요건 | 담당업무 Report to : Director/ Sr. Director (Sourcing/Global Site) In this role you will be responsible for procuring Chemicals and Energy in a way that continuously improves supply quality, service, availability and total cost management (Objectives) Establish and impement a category strategy aligned with stakeholder needs. Plan and execute world calss RFx in accordance aligned with category strategy Manage risk and ensuring supply Manage the overall business relationship with suppliers Develop and manage close relationship with key category stakeholders - Develop and implement category strategies that create long term value and drive its implementation to that value - Build a fact based category analysis that provides relevant insights on the market, suppliers and internal landscape. - Oversee all RFx events launched in the scope of responsibility - Lead the supplier relationship management process - Manager category performance and deliever yearly P&L impact - Establish and manger relationship with category stakeholders - Define risk management approach for the category in scope - Actively contributes to the development of the Direct Procurement organization 자격요건 - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering or Business related discipline - Min. 3-5 years of experience in Category Management - Track record of successfully defining and implementing global category strategies - Solid experience in category management, RFx, Supplier relationship management - Experience in Chemicals - Fluent in English (Chinese a plus) |
