업무내용/자격요건 [Qualification]
· Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline;
· At least 9 or more years of relevant HRBP experience;
· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client groups and stakeholders;
· Strong knowledge and experience in Talent Management (attraction and retention), Employee Engagement, Organizational Development & Design, and learning & Development;
· Highly collaborative with strong communication, influencing skills as well as stakeholder management;
· Ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrixed environment;
· Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with all levels of management and employees;
· Understanding of Labor law and regulation;
· Strong English communication skills ? both written and verbal;
· Preferably international experience and exposure.

[Scope of Role]
ⓐ To ensure proper Manpower Planning in order to have at all time full teams with qualified and capable people
- Work with all the functional heads to identify key talent within the business (Talent Review and Monitor). - Create, implement and follow up on development opportunities for internal candidates to increase performance in current job and prepare for vacancies and promotions in other part of the business
(career development including X-functional move)
- Assist management in creating and implementing proper manpower plans & succession planning
ⓑ To lead the implementation of Performance Management System and systematic Training & Development based on long-term strategy in order to drive productivity and Bench Strength
- Lead the processes for evaluating individual job performance and ensure all the Performance Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans in place and executed timely
- Devise long-term/short-term training & development strategy/plans while always those are consistent with the company vision & strategies
- Implement training & development programs to ensure that current and future skills and competencies required from employees are met effectively and efficiently while identify and recommend employees for relevant development programs where appropriate
ⓒ To facilitate and support Organization Development and Effectiveness in order to create a strong and consistent RB culture
- Promote/embed Vision and Values of Reckitt Benckiser to employees by designing and implementing appropriate programs & events at company level. Develop the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
- Work with management to design & develop effective processes and procedures, while clarifying accountability and ensure no duplication of functions
- Support line management to encourage the best decisions about people and processes
ⓓ To facilitate Internal Communication within the company in order to ensure all the employees aligned with company vision, values, strategy and direction
- Provide employees with well defined and relevant information on all policies, procedures, directions and events so that they are embedded by right RB culture & direction
- Develop and maintain communication platform for sharing and updating information in the organization
- Design and implement the programs to help employees understand the business, to ensure their commitment to the achievement of the approved goals and objectives of the company and by defining the corporate culture and values, which govern the way the business is run
ⓔ To manage Employee Relations in order to enhance the morale & engagement, ultimately to build trust to the company
- Provide independent advice & consultation on the interpretation and application of the policies & practices and in other personnel matters
- Continuously monitor the climate of employee relations and morale and propose opportunities for improvement to management
- Implement HR programs and systems to ensure highest possible employee loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide day to day HR support to management and act as employee advocate in management decision-making ensuring the fair and equitable management of all personnel in the company
- Assist and guide management in handling and resolving any employee related issues
ⓕ To lead the projects given for the development of position holder; Country Coordinator of BIZ
- Lead the project, BIZ, as a country coordinator and ensure the proper set up of BIZ Korea - Develop and on-going update of BIZ Korea with the cooperation of each function
