| 업무내용/자격요건 | Responsibilities: Build S. Korea strategic marketing plans aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty with customer and prospect organizations. Drive demand generation campaigns with both digital and off-line programs Deliver corporate marketing programs in S. Korea Initiate, develop, and deliver local programs tailored to the S. Korea market needs and priority. Own agenda, content creation, promotional materials and speaker acquisition. C-level campaigns: Programs to create/accelerate opportunities and position Thales e-Security as an industry leader and innovator Promotion of company and events via digital marketing and social media Stay on top of the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed Manage localization of marketing assets into Korean Managed event logistics from planning through follow-up Communicate all marketing plans, activities and report program results regularly to the APAC management and sales teams Cross collaborate with WW marketing team, the sales development rep team, business development team, and the sales team. Consolidation and maintenance of customer database in S. Korea Other marketing administrative duties as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in the Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Minimum of 7 - 10 years Marketing, preferably Field Marketing Experience Minimum 5 years marketing in enterprise hardware/software solutions Excellent command of written and spoken Korean & English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-cultural environment. Experience in both online, offline and email campaigns and track effectiveness Able to drive marketing programs via channel partners and technology partners Able to create compelling content with good editing and proofreading skills in Korean Can hit aggressive deadlines while delivering quality work Good time management skills and attention to details. Attention to detail Manage to budget Ability to influence others in a cross-functional team Hands-on utilization of CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce.com and Marketo Able to travel for onsite support of events and overseas team meetings [전형절차] 서류전형 / 면접전형 [제출서류] 영문이력서(필수) 국문이력서 |
